The Christian Cross Festival is an outreach event in a relaxed outdoor setting to promote Christian fellowship and unity in the Body of Christ. Our purpose is to glorify Jesus Christ through Christian music, testimony, and other talents as He provides. The annual festival will always be offered without an admission fee. We encourage financial sponsors, volunteers, and free-will donations.

    Norfolk is the home to this exciting annual event. Young women from the ages of 13 - 26 gather to compete for the state title of Miss Nebraska USA® or Miss Nebraska Teen USA®. This event held in the Johnny Carson Theater includes the preliminary round on Saturday night featuring evening gown and swim suit competitions. Things really heat up on Sunday as the top 15 girls in each category are announced and compete again in evening gown, swim suit and interview questions.     Miracle Skate Park

    The new skatepark is now open for use from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily. It is located at 901 Blaine Street, just across the street from Memorial Pool and is seeing a good bit of action. It is open for skateboards, in-line skates and BMX bikes. This is a "use at your own risk" facility and it is unsupervised but we ask that all patrons follow the posted rules. There is no fee to use the skatepark. Water, a restroom facility, bleachers, parking, lights, a pay phone and a lockable skateboard rack are available at this location.
